Terms of Service

Welcome to the Signs and Wonders store. This website at shop.signsandwondersfilms.com (the "Store") is operated by Signs and Wonders, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization based in Aliquippa, Pennsylvania. By visiting the Store or purchasing from it, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Store.

1. Our Products. Every item in the Store is made to order and fulfilled in partnership with Printful, our third-party production and shipping partner. Product images are mockups; minor variations in color, placement, and sizing can occur in the finished item. Size charts and descriptions are provided on each product page, and we encourage you to review them before ordering.

2. Orders and Payment. By placing an order you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you are authorized to use the payment method submitted. All prices are listed in U.S. dollars. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, including in cases of suspected fraud, pricing errors, or product unavailability. If we cancel an order after you have been charged, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method.

3. Shipping, Returns, and Refunds. Shipping times are estimates and begin after production is complete. Our full policy on returns, refunds, damaged items, and cancellations is set out in our Returns & Refund Policy, which is part of these Terms.

4. Purchases Are Not Donations. Proceeds from the Store support the mission of Signs and Wonders, including documentary films and billboard evangelism. However, purchases from the Store are transactions for goods, not charitable contributions, and are not tax-deductible. 5. Intellectual Property. All content in the Store, including designs, product artwork, logos, photographs, and text, is the property of Signs and Wonders and is protected by copyright and trademark law. You may not reproduce, resell, or create derivative works from our designs without written permission.

6. Acceptable Use. You agree not to use the Store for any unlawful purpose, to interfere with its operation, to attempt to access accounts or systems that are not yours, or to submit false or misleading information.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties. The Store and its products are provided "as is" and "as available." To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties not expressly stated in these Terms or in our Returns & Refund Policy. We do not guarantee that the Store will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

8. Limitation of Liability. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Signs and Wonders and its directors, officers, employees, volunteers, and partners will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Store or its products. Our total liability for any claim related to an order will not exceed the amount you paid for that order.

9. Indemnification. You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Signs and Wonders from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your violation of these Terms or misuse of the Store.

10. Governing Law. These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Pennsylvania.

11. Changes to These Terms. We may update these Terms from time to time. The version posted on this page is the one in effect, and continued use of the Store after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
