Returns & Refund Policy

At Signs and Wonders, every item in our store is made to order in partnership with Printful, our production and shipping partner. Because each product is created specifically for you, we are unable to offer traditional returns or exchanges. Please review the details below before purchasing.

1. All Sales Are Final. Each product is made after your order is placed. We do not accept returns or exchanges for incorrect sizing, buyer's remorse, or design preference. Please check the size charts and product descriptions before ordering.

2. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items. We stand behind the quality of our products. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, notify us within 30 days of delivery. Email contact@signsandwondersfilms.com with your order number, clear photos of the item, and a brief description of the issue. Upon review we will send a replacement at no cost, or refund the affected items if a replacement is not possible. Refunds are issued to your original payment method, typically within 5 to 10 business days.

3. Lost or Delayed Shipments. We are not responsible for carrier delays or customs processing. If your package never arrives, contact us within 30 days of the estimated delivery date and we will send a replacement. If tracking shows your package as delivered but you did not receive it, check with neighbors and your carrier first; we will assist where possible, and replacements in these cases are considered individually.

4. Cancellations. Orders enter production shortly after purchase. We can usually cancel if you email us before production begins, typically within 1 hour of ordering, but this is not guaranteed.
