Shipping Policy

Every item in the Signs and Wonders store is made to order and fulfilled by Printful, our production and shipping partner. That means your order is printed, sewn, or embroidered specifically for you after you place it. Here is what to expect between checkout and your doorstep.

1. Production Time. Orders enter production shortly after purchase. Most items are produced in 2 to 5 business days, with embroidered products and all-over-print garments sometimes taking a little longer. Production time is separate from shipping time, so total delivery time is production plus shipping.

2. Shipping Time and Rates. Once production is complete, orders shipped within the United States typically arrive in 3 to 5 business days. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and the items in your order. Delivery dates are estimates, not guarantees, and can be affected by carrier volume, weather, and holidays. During peak seasons such as November and December, please allow extra time.

3. Tracking. You will receive a confirmation email when your order is placed and a shipping email with a tracking number as soon as your package leaves production. Please allow 24 to 48 hours for tracking to begin updating.

4. Multiple Packages. Printful produces different product types at different facilities. If your order includes several kinds of items, for example a hat and a hoodie, they may ship separately and arrive on different days. You will receive tracking for each shipment, and you will not be charged extra for split shipments.

5. Shipping Address. Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. Orders ship to the address provided, and we cannot redirect a package once it has shipped. If you notice an address error, email us immediately at contact@signsandwondersfilms.com; we can usually correct it if the order has not yet entered fulfillment. Orders returned to sender due to an incorrect or undeliverable address can be reshipped at the customer's expense.

6. International Orders. For orders shipped outside the United States, delivery typically takes 10 to 20 business days after production. International orders may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, or fees levied by the destination country. These charges are the customer's responsibility and are not included in our prices or shipping rates.

7. Delayed or Lost Packages. If your package has not arrived well past its estimated delivery date, contact us within 30 days of that date and we will make it right, as described in our Returns & Refund Policy. If tracking shows your package as delivered but you did not receive it, please check with household members, neighbors, and your carrier first, then reach out and we will assist where we can.
